Privacy Policy

Jacob AI is a private, single-user personal assistant operated by Jacob Graham for his own use. It is not a consumer product and has no users other than its operator.

What data is handled

Messages sent to and from the assistant (over WhatsApp or other connected messaging channels), along with notes, tasks, and daily metrics the operator chooses to log.

Where it is stored

All data is stored in the operator's own private database (Supabase) and, where the operator chooses, in the operator's own Notion workspace. Message delivery is handled by the messaging platform (e.g. WhatsApp / Meta) under its own terms.

What is shared

Nothing. Data is not sold, shared with, or disclosed to any third party. AI processing is performed via the Anthropic API solely to generate the assistant's replies.

Deletion

The operator can delete any or all stored data at any time directly from his own database and workspace.
